Mr. Cardinale is a UCLA graduate in Economics, and is a graduate of the prestigious Wharton Business School. His technology and management expertise has been honed as Chief Technology Officer, Chief Strategy Officer, and Executive Committee Member in many business ventures. Managing Director, Eric Leinwohl
Dr. Leinwohl is the co-founder and Managing Director of CID Management. He is a market driven healthcare professional with over 25 years of direct experience in strategic planning,
clinical and administrative operations and business development. He has been a pioneer in the area of medical management and cost containment strategies in workers’ compensation for multiple employer groups. He has distinguished himself in private practice and as a consultant to business, workers’ compensation industry and the legal profession. In addition, he has advised multiple state and employer groups in the development of utilization management programs.

Medical Director, Jonathan S. Rutchik
Dr. Rutchik’s focus is neurological illness, workplace injuries and environmental exposure. He is an Assistant Clinical Professor in the Division of Occupational Medicine at the University
of California at San Francisco. He is a Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Preventative Medicine (Occupational and Environmental Medicine) and Board Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. In addition he is a California Qualified Medical Examiner.

Director of Clinical Operations: Todd Andrew
Dr. Andrew’s focus is the appropriate integration and delivery of complementary and alternative medicine within workers’ compensation. He has served as Assistant Professor at Palmer College of Chiropractic West where he taught in the departments of Diagnosis, Technique and Practice. Dr. Andrew has served as a Qualified Medical Examiner and holds certifications as an Industrial Disability Examiner, Injury Prevention Specialist and Ergonomic Consultant.
